When you imagine your perfect holiday in Greece, there are a few elements that always feature. You see yourself sat a a dining table in a shaded courtyard, about to feast Mediterranean products with family and friends. You fantasize about standing on a terrace at the end of another hot day, a glass of wine in your hand as you gaze at the sun setting into the sea. You picture yourself falling asleep with the windows open, the sound of cicadas competing with the sea breeze.

Opting for an uncluttered energy, a fully stocked kitchen including Nespresso machine, water fountain and much more. The living space displays a contemporary decor. Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there is space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. We provide a high-speed internet with Starlink and large flat screen TVs. The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular with a large deck offering both a lounge, dining area in front of a large swimming pool. The sunny manicured 800 sqm garden features as well a playground for children, and is perfect place for an evening stargazing.
Conveniently located, you are a few minutes away by car from the sea and the towns of Hanioti and Pefkohori with their many recreation opportunities. This area is blessed with an overwhelming scenery, a mix of sea breeze and the pines scent.

800 sqm of peace, overlooking the sea and the sunset. It is taken care by a gardener once a week. It includes a playground for children.
Weekly Housekeeping
A cleaning service is included once a week. Extra towels can be requested.
Pool
Private swimming pool. The pool is cleaned and checked by a maintenance person every other day.
Natural Products
Shower Gel, Shampoo and Kids Body Wash from the organic Greek brands Apivita/Korres.
ABOUT YOUR STAY
Safety

It is safe to leave doors/windows open while you are in the house, and locking the them while away is sufficient.

The electricity to the stove is turned off. To turn it on lift the button K in the switchboard next to the main door, in the staircase.

The windows have mosquito nets. Please be careful and show them to children who have not seen them before.

You will find some fire extinguishers (2) under the stairs and in the triple bedroom on the second floor.
Environment

Important: dispose toilet paper in the bin - not in the toilets.

Garbage can be disposed in the large containers at the turn of the main road.

Consider the environment by turning off the air conditioning when leaving the house.

Please arrange the checkout time with the property manager.

Before you leave, please put all the used towels and bedsheets on the floor.
